🌎 DEKA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP DAY 1 🌎

This race started fast and stayed fast. I hit all of my splits on the ergs/assault bike and posted a 19:52 5k (6:23 min/mi). I felt super smooth in my transitions and efficient in the zones. I did absolutely everything I could. I PR'd my FIT by 2:51 on the biggest stage. 

A massive thank you to momma_golik, notyouramigo, dmblake3 & Dawn + the whole underdog_fitnessct family for all the motivation, love, and support today. 🫶🏼

I am extremely proud to walk away with the silver medal today at the World Championship. Tomorrow brings two more events and two more opportunities to showcase my fitness. Let's rock & roll!! 🤟🏼
