25 mins treading water ✅ 
15 mins in the sauna ✅

I cleaned out my sock drawer and found a third bathing suit I forgot about!! I still need a new one but happy to have a third in the mix. 

I keep getting down on myself for how long it’s been since I’ve been this active - but I’m trying to be gentle. 

May of 2023, I found a lump in my breast. Lots of tests later, it was ruled non-cancerous - lovely - but it was painful and still needed to get out. 

A few short months later, in September of 2023, I broke my face (& arm)! 6 weeks completely off my feet, followed by nearly a year of dental work … and I’m JUST on the other side now.
