With the NCAA Hockey Tournament, the Big Ten Basketball Tournament and the NCAA Tournament coming up, we are seeing an increase in sporting event ticket scams. 

Here are a few tips to help protect yourself from scammers:
🚫 Avoid buying tickets listed for sale through Snapchat, GroupMe, or other social platforms.
🔒 Activate Venmo's purchase protection feature.
📄 Familiarize yourself with the process for filing a dispute through PayPal's resolution center.
✅ Only purchase tickets through reputable, trusted online ticket sale sites.
