## Caption

@linds.chris’ #mybody365 ✨ “I wake up every morning thankful to be able to stand on my own, because I’ve experienced what it’s like to not have that privilege. I take the stairs every chance I get and avoid escalators like the plague, because I haven’t always had a fully functioning body and I want to appreciate the little things while I still can.
I love being open and honest about the struggles I’ve been through, but it completely overwhelmed me when I tried to put it onto paper, and writing this bio proved much harder than I thought it would.
I’m in such a loving and nurturing relationship with myself right now and I can’t fathom ever hating the way I look as much as I used to.
Bodies are always changing, and you’re never going to look the same tomorrow as you do today.
I eat too much chocolate, I drink too much wine, and I make too many mistakes – but that’s life. This is me. And I’ll be damned if I don’t love everything about myself, every chance I get.”
