According to court documents, Karlie has been awarded temporary spousal support for $18,537.50 a month. Belton also was ordered to stay away from his ex and have no contact with her. If you recall the two got engaged June 2024.

Records state Belton was arrested and charged with simple battery-family violence in February. Belton allegedly punched Karlie in the chin with a closed fist during a domestic altercation, when he accused her of just getting home.
