As many of you know, I am obsessed right now with the Gulag and Soviet-era Ussr. 
Here’s a newer view from the “the coldest city on earth,” #Yakutia Russia - located on the northern coast, far above the attic circle.
I have tried to go into cold water.  I lasted less than a tenth of a second.  Roberta now does ice baths for her feet.
