A new uofmichigan study shows $700M in home value gains in 2023 alone, bringing total growth to $4.6B over the past decade—with Black homeowners seeing 75% of that increase.

The biggest gains? Homes in the lowest-value markets in 2014 and neighborhoods with the highest poverty rates. This is what investing in Detroit looks like.
