Detroit homeowners gained another $700M in 2023, bringing total home wealth growth to $4.6 BILLION over the last decade! 📈🏡

🔹 Black Detroiters have seen $3.2B in added wealth since 2014, with home values nearly doubling (+94%)
🔹 Home values in some of the city’s lowest-valued neighborhoods skyrocketed by 276% 📊
🔹 Neighborhoods with the highest poverty rates in 2014 saw median home values increase by 264%
🔹 Southwest Detroit and the Condon neighborhood saw some of the biggest gains—Condon home prices jumped 862% from $7,500 in 2014 to $80,000 in 2023!
