The glow up is real. Who’s with me? 

It’s 2015. We go to breakfast. Of course I’m ordering the egg white omelet. We go for a hike and I brought my favorite flavor of quest bar with me. If I’m not out running at least 3 miles that day, it’s a slow day. Cardio is my best friend and I’m blissfully unaware of the hormone-disrupting dangers of microplastics and fragrances. 

Fast forward to 2025. I realize that eggs and grass-fed steak are a true superfood. I avoid Starbucks as much as possible. Yoga and weights are a girl’s best friends. I walk daily mostly for mental health and wellness. I understand while microplastics are unavoidable I realize it’s in my best interest and the environment’s best interest to avoid them.
