2 years ago my dad had complications from brain surgery ❤️‍🩹

It was definitely scary. I also remember being pretty disappointed by some of the hospital food . 

That’s when I decided to bring his as many anti-inflammatory meals as I could to help support his recovery. 

It was a trying time but through lots of PT and determination, he got better! 

So glad to say Helmut is doing much better to this day 😄
