Best & Worst Coffee Creamers! ☕️ 

Coffee Mate is going to be one of your worst choices. The main two ingredients being sugar and soybean oil plus artificial flavors & other additives.

A better choice would be Chobani creamer if you can tolerate dairy or Nut Pods for a dairy free alternative. While these choices may not be the best choice out there, they’re definitely a much better alternative to coffee mate! 

The best choice would be half & half if you’re not lactose intolerant or a simple almond milk if you want to avoid dairy 😁 Just add your own sweetness!
