A lot of stylists are struggling right now, so we lowered the price of our powder lightener from $30 to $23 (and the corresponding developers by $2) in North America. 

We didn’t change the formula.  It’s the only lightener that has 9+ levels of lift, lifts fast, has a bonder to protect the hair, seaweed to protect the scalp, and is now only $23.  This is not some kind of short-term promotion either. 

Our Powder Lightener and our Gloss Toners with Bonder are available at @cosmoprofbeauty , @armstrongmccallofficial , and @modernbeautysupplies in North America and also in 38 other countries.
