A little over a year ago, I made myself a promise. The promise to take better care of myself, get myself back together, live the life I deserved, and stop complaining without taking action. I took the necessary steps, and it has paid off. Now, I know what I’m capable of, and there’s only an upward journey from here. 

You can do it too, I did it with no crazy diets, no medicine, no fear of carbs or sugar… just discipline and balance. 

Make that promise to yourself.

Há pouco mais de um ano, fiz uma promessa a mim mesma. A promessa de cuidar melhor de mim mesma, me recompor, viver a vida que eu merecia e parar de reclamar sem agir. Tomei as medidas necessárias e valeu a pena. Agora, eu sei do que sou capaz, e só há uma um caminho pra cima a partir daqui. 

Você também pode, eu consegui sem dietas malucas, sem remédios, sem medo de carboidratos ou açúcar... apenas com disciplina e equilíbrio. 

Faça essa promessa a você mesmo.
