When bread41bakery recommends a bakery you have to drive across Ireland to see it. This is the famous Hugo’s. 

I got the focaccia & a croissant. They are also known for their Portuguese custard tarts.

Hugo’s has people travelling from all over the country to experience biting into their baked goods.
