Being misunderstood is a given when communication has too many variables, so as Black people, reserving our energy for those we’re in community with and that we’re accountable to is so important!  Even as I learn to discern what labor is mine and what isnt, im going to make mistakes. I’ll give too much here or too little there, but releasing myself from the pressure of being underatood by everyone has created so much space and peace in me ~ peace that keeps me alive and well. #blackliberation #blacklove #freedom
