A look back at what went into producing our turbo kit offerings for the MkV Supra 🐌

As with many of our products, we utilize 3D printing throughout the product development cycle to optimize the design and therefore create the highest quality, easiest to install, best performing parts for their application 🏁 3D printing allows us to verify fitment and clearance at much lower risk than just producing a part and hoping everything works. 3D printing is one of the many tools in our arsenal when developing new products and has changed the manufacturing game for the better 🖨️

The AMS SnailWorks Engineering Team has designed our Supra ALPHA Turbo Kits to be a direct bolt-in install without hacking up your prized possession 💎 Both the ALPHA 6 and ALPHA 8 kits are fully compatible with A/C, Power Steering, and all other factory options, and are easily reversible back to stock 🚘 Our Supra ALPHA Turbo Kits are designed with minimal bends and restrictions to smoothly and efficiently feed more air through the intake and exhaust path and into the B58 engine 🌬️ Then, focusing on the small details, our team designed the CNC machined adapters to allow the AN coolant and oil lines to install directly to the B58 engine for a leak-free install 🚫💧 We also designed and created our own CNC machined actuator rod adapter to allow us to mount the factory electronic wastegate to the new turbo.
