Here’s how her behavior reward system works:
🎃 At the end of each day, they discuss the class’s behavior and then decide together how many Post Its they should take off, 1-5. 
🎃 Once they have uncovered the special surprise, they all know what they are working towards earning!

But...they only know what the reward is once ALL of the Post Its are off!
