Pele, born Edson Arantes do Nascimento, died on December 29th, 2022 at the age of 82 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. "The King", "O Rei", won 3 FIFA World Cups in 1958, 1962 and 1970 with the Brazilian National team and scored over 1,000 goals while playing for Santos and the New York Cosmos.⁠
