My buddy seth__perkins shows you how to butcher a beef shank from a steer and then I show you how to turn it into an epic communal feast!. 

• Slathered with bearandburtons W Sauce
• Seasoned with Meat Church Holy Cow. 
• Smoked at 250° in a mill.scale offset with post oak.
• Wrapped when it had great bark with beef broth to braise and cooked until it was falling apart.

I served this with the Smoked Salsa recipe from MeatChurch.com in fresh corn tortillas that I griddled on the Mill Scale firebox. This is a banger! 🔥
