In this bad ass video, my buddy seth__perkins shows you how to butcher a beef shank from a steer and then I show you how to turn it into an epic communal feast! I slathered the shank with bearandburtons W Sauce and seasoned it with Holy Cow. I smoked it in a mill.scale offset and griddled fresh corn tortillas on the firebox. We served these with the Smoked Salsa recipe on MeatChurch.com and they were delicious!
