Loro Piana’s cashmere is carefully garnered from the namesake goats that call the mountainous regions of Asia, particularly Inner Mongolia, their home. To protect themselves from extreme climes, the animals develop an incredibly insulating coat. The precious fibre is delicately combed by the guiding hands of dedicated herders and assessed for quality in a crucial first check – marking the beginning of a journey to excellence.
