I started Dairy Girl Fitness over 7 years ago
🤯🤯🤯

And for what I want to accomplish with this page?

Not too much has changed 🤭

From the beginning, I wanted to promote dairy and “walk the walk” with showing the incredible nutrient benefits + how it helps in creating a healthy body 💪🏼🥛🐮

But more than that…

I wanted to show women in agriculture that making your health a priority doesn’t have to feel impossible or miserable

And remind you that it’s NOT selfish taking the time, energy and finances to feel confident and happy in your body

I want to continuously show that when you find a realistic and sustainable approach to your health (*which is exactly what we do with DGF coaching 🤪*), you’ll actually find that fitness + nutrition can feel FUN 💃🏼

And make you feel so empowered in your body that it overflows in the most positive way to every other area of your life ✨

No matter how you’re involved, women in ag are a part of feeding the WORLD. That leads to a lot of responsibility, chaotic schedules and demanding work

That’s why I’m continuously here to remind and help you not forget to take care of yourself in the process 🗣️

Because your life, farm, career, relationships, family, animals and everything in between benefit from you making your health a priority

And I promise you can have a whole lotta fun during the process with DGF 😎🙌🏼❤️‍🔥
