This client has been part of multiple challenges, leveling up each time—and it’s led her here!! From the start, we focused on building sustainable habits at a pace that worked for her, and the results speak for themselves! swipe for the transformation!! 💪🏼Firm & fit!! 🔥 
She will testify that weight training is what it takes!! 💪🏼

Her transformation hasn’t just been physical—it’s been deeply mental too. Watching her grow in confidence, strength, and mindset has been incredible. She’s a regular in my strength training classes, constantly pushing for progress and prioritizing her health, strength, and longevity.

On top of that, she’s setting an amazing example for her kiddos, who I often see at barbells (and sometimes even joining in on class!). She is the definition of a resilient momma, hungry for her goals—and I couldn’t be more proud! ❤️

It’s been so fun to watch her journey unfold, and I can’t wait to see what she does these next 8 weeks!! 💪🏼
