GISTers, who will take this year's women's and men's Wooden Awards? 👀#thegist⁣
•⁣
As the Final Four of the men's and women's NCAA Tournaments take place later this week, it's officially postseason award time. The Wooden Award announced the top five finalists for this year's awards, which goes to the most outstanding player in men's and women's college basketball. LFG. 🤩⁣

On the women’s side, Paige Bueckers and Lauren Betts are her as they enter the Final Four. Bueckers has been absolutely unstoppable for UConn, dropping 30+ points in three straight games as the Huskies make their 24th Final Four appearance. Meanwhile, Betts has been the engine behind UCLA’s historic run, averaging 20 PPG and 9.6 RPG. The Bruins haven’t won a natty since 1978, and they’re hungry to change that. 💪⁣

On the men's side, Cooper Flagg and Johni Broome headline the list. Flagg has been that guy for Duke, dropping 18.9 PPG and nearly averaging a double-double in his first NCAA Tournament. Meanwhile, Auburn’s Johni Broome is having a career year, dominating the paint with 18.7 PPG and 10.9 RPG. 🔥 ⁣
