## Caption

She can't wait to educate athletes on how to perform at their highest level! Let's give a warm welcome to Lexi Martin, MS, LAT, ATC, our newest Certified Athletic Trainer at TCO Blaine.

Martin’s interest in sports medicine was sparked when she became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, allowing her to focus on the connection between mental and physical health. Her two-year internship with Concordia University, St. Paul football attracted her to athletic training. From there, she earned her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Bethel University.
