𝟭𝟬 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗜𝗕𝗦

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: IBS affects 10–15% of people worldwide, making it one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders.

𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝘆: Key symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, or alternating between the two.

𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: IBS doesn’t damage the intestines or increase cancer risk, but it significantly impacts quality of life.

𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: Emotional stress and anxiety can worsen IBS symptoms due to the gut-brain connection.
