Toyota’s Celebrating 60 years in Canada with a Nationwide Road Trip! Leg #5 of the drive began in Winnipeg, MB and ended in Calgary, AB.

The group was behind the wheel of the Toyota Land Cruiser, Crown Signia, Camry, Tacoma Hybrid, Highlander Hybrid, Sienna, and TMMC’s 11-millionth vehicle, a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Woodland.

Along the way, the group toured Headingley Grand Trunk Trail in Winnipeg, MB and also visited Wanuskewin Heritage Park, where they learned about the evolving cultures of the Northern Plains Indigenous peoples. A fun stop at Ens Toyota in Saskatoon included some heritage vehicles and modified mining Land Cruisers. Visits to Dark Matter Materials in Edmonton Research Park and the Edmonton International Airport showcased how organizations are researching, developing and deploying different technologies to reduce emissions. The journey ended with some picture-perfect stops at Alberta’s Rowley ghost town, Royal Tyrell Museum, and Drumheller badlands.

Toyota célèbre ses 60 ans au Canada à l’aide d’une tournée pancanadienne ! L’étape 5 a débuté à Winnipeg, au Manitoba, et s’est terminée à Calgary, en Alberta.

Le groupe a pris le volant des Toyota Land Cruiser, Crown Signia, Camry, Tacoma, Highlander, Sienna et du 11 millionième véhicule de TMMC, un RAV4 Woodland 2024.

En cours de route, le groupe a visité le sentier Headingley Grand Trunk Trail à Winnipeg ainsi que le Wanuskewin Heritage Park, où il a découvert l’évolution des cultures des peuples autochtones. Un arrêt chez Ens Toyota à Saskatoon a permis de découvrir des Land Cruiser modifiés pour l’industrie minière. Les visites de Dark Matter Materials à Edmonton et de l’aéroport international d’Edmonton ont montré comment différentes organisations recherchent, développent et déploient différentes technologies pour réduire les émissions. Le voyage s’est achevé par des arrêts à la ville fantôme de Rowley, au musée Royal Tyrell et aux badlands de Drumheller, en Alberta.
