Venison popovers by mikerobinsonchef. Mike made these on a traegergrills Woodridge & Flatrock at the Traeger Summitt and they one of the most delicious bites I’ve ever had! They were loaded with lyonnaise onions, smoked Axis haunch, Axis single cask bourbon Demi glacé with smoked whipped bone marrow butter. 🤤🤤🤤

I am glad he has moved to Texas!
