The calm before the storm….the day before we were entering the most insane and intense thing we have ever taken part of!! This put every aspect of my career and training to shame.

No make up, no craft services, no calls home, no cell phone, no alarm clock, no hairbrush, no moisturizer, no clothes besides your wet and dry kit provided, no flushing toilets (only buckets), 1 shower, 1 big tent, 16 recruits each sleeping on a cot with our own personal boxes with only 3 bras, 3 underwear, electrolytes, sunscreen and ear plugs that I was allowed to bring!

We were taught lessons, had to fully surrender ourselves to no control, forced to dig deep, forced to face fears and anxieties, forced to lean on one another.

You could either quit, medically withdraw or survive till the end! Wait and see what happens!

Jan 4 8pm on foxtv. Do not miss it!!
