3 things, every morning:

• fascia facial massage: this massage is SO lifting for the face, i like to do it after ice rolling. i go in with my hands and theskinnyconfidential face massager and lift the face up after opening the lymph behind the ears and the clavicle. i do this every morning for like 10 minutes and it makes a world of difference before applying skincare and makeup. here i am using a plumping mist and beef tallow cream for massage. anyway it really lifts, sculpts and tightens the face SO well.

• toning pads: these have been fabulous for any hyperpigmentation and i prefer them instead of cleansing in the morning. i use them after fascia facial massage. they set the canvas for a beautiful skincare routine that usually includes vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, moisturizer and caffeinated sunscreen. the pads help increase penetration of skincare which is why i like them first. the brand i use is barefaced and they’re full of antioxidants and calming ingredients. code SKINNY for 15% off.

• ice roller: mint roller has saved me this summer while traveling. i carry it EVERYWHERE. one side to contour and one side to depuff, it’s the idea travel companion- i order a bucket of ice from room service and put it in there asap every morning. the BEST is ice rolling over a sheet mask, it’s heaven.

comment ICE if you want these products DM’d to you 🫧
