In honor of #nationalcarrotcakeday I’m sharing my moms recipe w you🥕🍰 Save & share 🧡🧡

2c sugar 
1 1/2c vegetable oil (this makes it moist)
4 eggs 
2c flour 
1tsp cinnamon 
Salt 
2tsp baking soda 
3c grated carrots (ONLY USE FRESH CARROTS NOT PRE BAG) 
In mixer mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat. Mix in flour sifted with salt, cinnamon, & soda. Fold in carrots. Pour into greased pan. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. 
Frosting: 
1 8oz cream cheese 
1 stick of butter 
2tsp vanilla 
1lb confectioner sugar 
Cream then add sugar.
