Ingredients:
-1 cup coffee, cold
-2 packets unflavored gelatin
-1/2 cup vodka
-1/2 cup coffee liqueur
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-espresso beans for garnish

Directions:

* Bloom gelatin in the cold coffee for 10 minutes, then microwave for 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin.
* Whisk in vodka and coffee liqueur.
* Divide into Jell-O shot cups, saving a quarter of the mixture for the foam.
* In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until foamy, then add the remaining Jell-O shot mixture and whisk well.
* Place foam on top of each Jell-O shot, then refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
* Garnish with espresso beans, then serve.
