Just five years after setting a national record, 90-year-old Nancy McCormick set a WORLD record on the rowing machine!

She rowed 1,000 meters in 5 minutes flat — 30 seconds faster than the previous world record holder in the 90+ age category!! 💪

Nancy found the rowing machine when looking for something active to do after she had both knees replaced in her 70s and could no longer run marathons.

“It uses 84% of your muscles, and I thought ‘this sounds like a good deal!’”
