Ipswich Town goalkeeper Alex Palmer had his heart in his mouth as Dara O'Shea's pass rolled under his foot towards goal.

The 28-year-old goalkeeper sprinted back to handle the ball on the goal line and prevent Wolves from equalising, but an indirect free-kick was awarded for a back pass.

Emmanuel Agbadou stepped up to blast it goalwards from close range but Sam Morsy blocked his effort.
