The Class of 2025 for Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame has officially been announced and here are five of the most notable players. 👏⁣

Sue Bird is a legend. A four-time WNBA champion and 13-time All-Star, she spent 21 seasons with the Seattle Storm (2002-22). Bird holds WNBA records for wins (333), games played (580), assists (3,234), and minutes (18,079). She was also named one of the league’s 25 greatest players in 2021. On the international stage, she earned five Olympic golds with Team USA. 🤩⁣

A 10-time NBA All-Star and one of the most prolific scorers of his era, Carmelo Anthony played 19 seasons with 28,289 career points, he's 10th on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. Melo earned All-NBA honors six times, led the NBA in scoring in 2013, and won three Olympic golds. 🔥⁣

Maya Moore led the Minnesota Lynx to four WNBA titles (2011, ‘13, ‘15, ‘17) in just seven seasons before stepping away to focus on criminal justice reform. A six-time All-Star, she won WNBA MVP in 2014 and Finals MVP in 2013. Moore was also named one of the 25 greatest players in WNBA history in 2021. On the international stage, she earned two Olympic golds. 💪⁣

Dwight Howard, aka "Superman," was a dominant force on both ends of the court. An eight-time All-Star, three-time Defensive Player of the Year, and eight-time All-NBA selection, he led the NBA in rebounds five times and blocks twice. Howard ranks 10th in career rebounds (14,627) and 13th in blocks (2,228). He led the Magic to the 2009 NBA Finals and won a title with the Lakers in 2020. 🦸‍♂️⁣

Sylvia Fowles, a four-time Olympic gold medalist and two-time WNBA champ with the Minnesota Lynx (2015, ‘17), was Finals MVP in both title runs. A 2017 WNBA MVP, eight-time All-Star, and four-time Defensive Player of the Year, Fowles finished her 15-year career averaging 15.7 points and 9.8 rebounds. 🏆⁣
