Tricking Progress Pt. 1 

Have a goal this year to get back in tricking shape. Lost a ton of power over the years, had some injuries, and just generally haven’t focused on training. So this is entry number one on getting back to a level I’m happy with. Starting with the basics and building up. Figured this would be good accountability too.
