I found these at Costco but you can find similar options at many other places 🫶

1 - Canned tuna, avocado oil mayo + celery (and any other extras) to make an easy high protein tuna salad. 

2 - Grass-fed steak, wraps, avocado and salsa for a high protein taco! 

3 - Find a turkey brand with simple ingredients, high quality bread + some simple fix-ins to make a high protein sandwich. 

4 - Brands like Kevin’s Natural Foods make some pretty solid pre-made meals! 

5 - Teteon Polish Sausages / Hot Dogs are another great easy high protein option.
