Did you know that world's largest single day maple syrup festival happened in Elmira, Ontario? 🍁 

In 2000, the festival earned official recognition from the Guinness Book of World Records, having first kicked off in 1965. That year, it drew a record-breaking crowd of 66,529 attendees and served its 500,000th pancake, with over 100 vendors participating.  #NationalMapleSyrupDay
