The Trump Administration has shut down Head Start serving offices in 23 states, firing staff and endangering child care access for tens of thousands of families! Head Start is about to turn 60 this May and has provided opportunities and care to more than 38 MILLION children and their families over these years. These programs also significantly support the development of early childhood mental health (like social-emotional development), language, and cognitive development. 

This is why we need you to speak up and sign our letter to demand the Trump administration keep their #HANDSOFF Head Start by urging Congress to roll back these reckless closings that hurt families' access to child care! #NoCutsToCare #SaveHeadStart
