Let’s make some Apple Roses puff pastry! 🍎 
Holiday baking is just the best. I love making fun and cute pastries for snacks and desserts. And MacKenzie-Childs has the cutest bakeware and serve ware for the holidays. These are such a hit and super easy to make. 
What you need: 
- apples 
- puff pastry
- apricot jam
- powdered sugar
- cinnamon powder
- lemon juice

- Thinly slice the apples and add them to a bowl with water, lemon juice. Microwave for about 5min, until they’re soft.
- Open your puff pastry and cut it 3 in strips. 
- Spread the apricot jam and place the apple slices on the upper half of the strip. 
- Sprinkle a cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the apples, and close the other half of the puff pastry strip.
- Roll the strip like a cinnamon roll, making sure the apples stay in place. 
- Grease a muffin pan and add the apple roses to each space. 
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins or until golden.
- Let it cool down and sprinkle powder sugar on top!
