So wonderful to see the lyric.theater in Blue Island beautifully renovated after being closed for 25 years.

It’s now a special events venue owned by Larry Garretto from beggarspizza and his family. Larry’s parents met at the movie theater when his mom Janet was 16 years old and worked there as a ticket taker.
