Today, Jacksonville State G Jaron Pierre Jr. entered the transfer portal with a no-contact tag.

Pierre averaged 21.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game this season for the Gamecocks — earning him Conference USA Player of the Year honors.

He is a 6’5 guard that shot 42.4% from the floor and 38.2% from three this season. Given his frame, he would be an elite addition to our team for next year.
