A good shot of Loofah’s bad eye. After several bad infections—I was not a very good owner when I got her at 13—she has permanent damage to the cornea and pupil. This is why her enclosure is kept nice and dim: since her pupil doesn’t shut all the way, she is highly light sensitive. On top of that, she’s albino, so she’s already sensitive to light!
