Last week in LA, fellows from our #HearHerHere fellowship gathered for a dinner to celebrate, reflect, and honor their collective accomplishments:

Each artist presented an artifact that represented milestones within their creative projects, which were then placed within an altar space in celebration of community and conversation.

"Holding space to support and celebrate the artistry and gifts of the inaugural cohort has been deeply illuminating and rewarding. We will continue in this work of championing and advocating for new generations of Black artists to chart their own unobstructed paths and legacies.”—ma.nush.ka 

A collaboration with converse, #HearHerHere an initiative that helps propel more Black femme artists into spotlights, onto stages and at the heads of tables to make positive impact on the communities we share.
