♿ #InternationalWheelchairDay is celebrated annually on March 1 to share the impact of #wheelchairs on people's lives and to advocate for greater accessibility.

Started in 2008, this day is recognized in countries across the world. The goals are to promote the rights of #wheelchair users and also to encourage collaboration  between policymakers, organizations and the public to continue to create a more inclusive society.
