💚🏈 As a life-long philadelphiaeagles fan, Aaron had some advice for The Birds during the #superbowl: “Be yourself. Don’t try to be Patrick Mahomes; don’t try to be another football player that you’re not. Know yourself. Don’t listen to what other people are saying. Listen to your teammates, that’s all you gotta hear.” 💪 

Saquon Barkley is his favorite player, and he even predicted the score: 34-28, Eagles. 

Perhaps his advise somehow reached the team because they not only won and became the Super Bowl champion, the game also ended at 40 - 22, a surprisingly close call.

Aaron is a huge Eagles because he's lived in Philly his entire life. In fact, he’s seen them play twice at Lincoln Financial Field. “Philly fans, we’re really loyal to our team,” he explains. “We boo them a lot, but we also cheer them a lot.” 

As an active 10th grader who plays wheelchair basketball and sled hockey, Aaron knows a thing or two about what it means to be part of a sports team. 

Aaron is also familiar with being on another team: with Canine Companions #servicedog Miko.🐕‍🦺 As a high school student, he keeps busy. He says Miko helps him by picking up dropped items, and he also calms him down before falling asleep at night, among others.

Their human-canine partnership is a true testament to teamwork, a bond that no one can tackle - not even the Chiefs.
