This month, as we continue our 20th Anniversary celebrations, we would like to take a moment to talk about the most important part of our business; our people.

To have a spectacular handmade product, you have to have spectacular people. Every single panel of wallcovering we produce is painted by hand by our team of artists, who treat each order like a unique piece of art. 

The work of our artists is an improvisational dance — an elegant balance of technique and spontaneity that brings Porter Teleo papers to life. This level of artistry is only possible in an environment where curiosity thrives.

At Porter Teleo, we’re proud to have cultivated an emotionally engaged, intellectually curious culture where collaboration is second nature. Our small but mighty team is not just adaptable and nimble, bu deeply supportive of one another — both inside the studio and beyond. Many of our artists maintain their own art practices outside of Porter Teleo, bringing fresh perspectives and boundless creativity to everything they do.

This women’s history month, we would be remiss to ignore the incredible impact being a completely woman owned and operated company has had on our story. What a beautiful ride these last 20 years have been 🖤
