While it looks showy (and costs 💰), it’s actually very easy to execute, especially for a big crowd. If you’re on a budget, you can purchase a coulotte stead instead for a quarter of the price. And don’t sleep on this roasted carrot cumin purée! Winter carrots are sweeter and almost steal the show completely. 🧡
