Pour yourself a glass and I’ll make dinner. 🥂🕯️This is one of my all-time favorites: crispy chicken with sticky prunes, red wine and orange. 🍊

To achieve that crispy skin, you salt and pat dry chicken thighs, and place them skin-side down on a cold pan. Heat pan to medium and let the fat render slowly for 12 minutes. It feels really wrong as you do it, but I promise it’s RIGHT!
