Something most don't know, is with the most violent tornadoes there can be so much spin in the atmosphere that a tornado can develop a horizontal vortex that orbits around the main tornado. Something I observed in classic form on April 26th as a tornado munched on trees and sadly homes near Crescent, Iowa
